• How do I schedule my appointment?

  You can conveniently schedule online for each of our three locations, or you can call your specific office.

• Does your office take walk-ins?

  Please schedule your appointment ahead of time prior to visiting one of our office locations.

• Does your office accept Medicaid?

  Medicaid is only accepted at our Elk Point location for South Dakota. Medicare is accepted at all our locations—Humana Medicare Advantage for Iowa, Aetna Medicare Advantage for Iowa, and Wellmark Medicare Advantage through Delta Dental for Iowa and South Dakota.

• Where do I park?

  Each of our office locations has convenient patient parking directly outside.

• Do you offer financial support or payment plans?

  Yes, we have an in-office membership plan to help you save on preventative care and other services. We also partner with several external financing options for flexible payment plans.

• Does your dental office treat children?

  Yes, we do have pediatric dental services for children and teens.

• How early should I arrive at my appointment?

  Please arrive for your visit at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

• How do I transfer dental records?

  Please call your specific Siouxland office location if needing to transfer your records to another practice. Our teams are happy to help.

• Do you accept insurance?

  Yes, we are in-network with a variety of major insurances and accept many others.

• How long does an appointment take?

  Appointment times can vary depending on your specific needs and the treatment provided. A routine exam typically takes 30 minutes to one hour.

• What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

  Please bring your ID, insurance card (if using insurance), a list of any medications you're taking, and a list of any medical conditions you have.
